All the verses that contain ''darb'' against a human are understood to mean "beat" or "strike" that human, by their context, and this is agreed upon by these obscure "modern" translations. Why then do they consider verse 4:34 to be a special case and translate "darb" to mean "separate from them"?
Всички тези стихове, които съдържат ''darb'' спрямо човек биват схващани, че означават "бия" или "удрям" този човек в зависимост от контекста, и по този пункт е налице съгласие с тези неясни „съвременни“ преводи. If the apologists are to be believed, their arguments only prove the extreme vagueness of the Qur'an, to the extent that the credibility and works of its finest scholars are called into question. And that the Arabic language is deficient, in the sense that it could not present the Qur'an's teachings in a clear and understandable manner.
Ако трябва да вярваме на апологетите, то техните аргументи доказват единствено крайната неяснота на Корана до такава степен, че авторитетът и трудовете на неговите най-изявени учители биват поставяни под съмнение.
